Zelora Hair & Skin Clinic (“Zelora”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Zelora Staff application for internal workforce management. By using the app, authorised users may provide or generate information necessary for attendance, leave, staff administration, notifications, and related operational functions.

Information We Process

Zelora Staff is an internal workforce-management application for authorised employees and administrators of Zelora Hair & Skin Clinic. Depending on your role and how you use the app, we may process your name, staff account information, attendance records, check-in and check-out information, leave requests, work-related records, notification information, and location information.

Location Information

The app may request precise device location to support attendance verification. For eligible staff accounts, location information may also be reported during an active clocked-in shift so authorised Super Administrators can view the staff member’s current shift location.

Live shift location reporting is used for work-related attendance and staff-management purposes. It is associated with an active work session and stops when the staff member checks out or when the applicable tracking session ends. Mobile operating systems and browsers may pause location updates when an app is in the background or a device is locked.

Location information is not used for advertising.

How We Use Information

We use information processed through Zelora Staff to authenticate staff accounts, record and verify attendance, manage leave requests, maintain staff records, provide administrative dashboards, display authorised shift-location information, send operational notifications, maintain application security, diagnose technical problems, and operate internal workforce-management processes.

Who Can Access Information

Staff information is not sold to advertisers. Information may be accessible to authorised Zelora administrators and to service providers that support the technical operation of the app, such as hosting, database, authentication, notification, and infrastructure providers, where necessary to operate the service.

Data Storage and Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information processed through Zelora Staff. Access to workforce-management information is restricted according to account roles and authorisation.

Data Retention

Staff, attendance, leave, and related operational records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for employment, administrative, legal, security, and business-record purposes. Information that is no longer required may be deleted or anonymised subject to applicable obligations.

Device Permissions

Zelora Staff may request permissions such as precise location and notifications. Location permission supports attendance verification and applicable live shift tracking. Notification permission allows the app to send staff-related operational updates.

Employee Access

Zelora Staff is not intended for general public registration. Access is provided only to authorised Zelora Hair & Skin Clinic staff and administrators.

Children

Zelora Staff is a workforce-management application and is not intended for use by children.
